Millions of Muslims each year honour the Sunnah of Ibrahim (A.S) through sacrificing an animal after the Eid Ul Adha prayers.
Abdullah Aid this year will be carrying out Qurbani in The Gambia, Tanzania, Yemen, Ethiopia & Guinea-Bissau.
Many thousands go hungry or without sufficient food everyday. We aim to reach out to these needy people through Qurbani.
The animals are bought and cared for by our team in each country. They will then be sacrificed under Shar'ee method.
Upon the sacrifice of the animal, meat is distributed amongst orphans, widows and the most needy.
